Live Help Desk Phone / Remote Support
This service allows access to live support personnel ready to assist our business clients with various desktop PC support items without the need to schedule service calls.
The Service Desk is staffed with experienced Level 2 technicians who have had 2-4 years of work experiencing supporting end-users on server, desktop and network level issues. This service is delivered using a combination of phone and remote control tools. Currently, this service is available between 7 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Additional time availability available for Mountain, Central, Eastern time zones.
